HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
That depends! For domestic US orders, shipping is $5. Orders over $100 ship for free. Shipping rates for International orders are calculated at checkout - they vary according to the size of the print/s you've ordered and where in the world you are.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Most orders go out within 5 working days. If there is a delay, I'll make sure to let you know. At busy times we can experience an especially high volume of orders. It may take a few days longer than normal to send prints out at such times. Thank you in advance for your patience if and when it's necessary.
Please do let me know when you place your order if it needs to arrive by a certain date and I'll do my best to make it happen - you can add a note to your order at checkout, or contact me with your order number via the Contact Page.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
8x10 Prints: 8x10 prints are sent flat, backed with stiff card, protected by vellum and a second card, enclosed in a cellophane sleeve, and placed inside a rigid mailer.
Large Prints: I will send larger prints in a cellophane sleeve, wrapped in tissue and rolled in a cardboard tube for protection - others have found this to be the safest way for them to travel without being bent or crushed en route. If you order a combination of small and large prints, they will all be packaged together, meaning that the smaller prints will also be carefully rolled in the same tube as any larger ones.
Please mention when you place your order if you'd like your prints to be packaged flat, but be aware that larger prints are more prone to bending when sent flat, especially when travelling overseas.
I recommend removing your prints from the tube as soon as you receive them, to allow them time to uncurl. It can help to place them flat under a heavy book!
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once posted, delivery times vary depending on where in the world you are - please note that due to local Coronavirus restrictions, many packages are taking longer than normal to arrive. I'm afraid this is out of my control.
HELP! I'VE CHANGED MY MIND... CAN I RETURN A PRINT?
Provided they are in perfect, saleable condition and still in their original packaging, you can return unwanted prints to me. However, you'll need to pay for the return postage. Please contact me before you return anything so I can approve the return and confirm any relevant details!
HELP! MY PRINT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT...
Please contact me straight away if your print has been damaged in transit (pictures are helpful), and where possible I will sort out a replacement ASAP.
When it's not possible to sort out a replacement, I will refund the full cost of the print including postage.
HELP! MY PRINT HASN'T ARRIVED!
It doesn't happen often, but occasionally prints do go astray in the postal system, especially when travelling internationally. There can be many reasons for the delay, and most international shipments do turn up eventually (often after a little stopover in customs somewhere).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your print to arrive, but do contact me to let me know that you've not received your order within the timeframe outlined above. Where possible, I'll track it down and give you an updated arrival estimate - and where it really has gone missing, I'll either send out a replacement (if possible) or issue a full refund, as you prefer.
